Returns & Exchanges

At TREW Gear, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your backcountry adventures. If your gear isn't performing exactly how you expected, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or waived for exchanges.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
